Description
Creatine monohydrate is the most widely formulated creatine form in sports nutrition. This listing covers two particle size presentations of the same compound. The 200 mesh grade is a finer, micronised powder that disperses more readily in water and is generally preferred for ready-to-mix beverages and instantised blends. The 80 mesh grade is coarser and free-flowing, which suits tabletting, capsule filling and dry blending where flow behaviour matters more than dispersion. Both are white, odourless powders of low water solubility relative to creatine salts, and both are used at the same functional level. Which mesh is supplied should be confirmed at the order stage.
